About MVCDS

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to educate and to provide child care for children 2 years 9 months to age 7 in a distinctively Christian School Environment.

Our Philosophy

We believe that every child is a unique individual and that these early years are very important for the child's development of a positive attitude toward learning and Christian values.

Our Goal

To provide a safe, loving, nurturing environment - enabling each child to reach his or her fullest potential.

Our Staff

Our school is staffed with caring, state certified and college-educated professionals. Our staff is dedicated to the school and to the education of young children. We have a history of low staff turnover.

Evaluations

Parent/Teacher conferences and student evaluations are scheduled twice a year (fall and spring). Staff is always available to communicate with parents concerning student behavior and progress.

Special Events

Throughout the year we plan events such as:

Grandparent's Day, Pumpkin Fair, Thanksgiving Celebration, Christmas Program, International Celebration, Winter Olympics, Valentine Parties, Easter Celebration, Bikewell Bear Safety Program, Graduation Ceremony, and a Summer Program.
